Snap Memories provides a platform that helps you recover and organize your Snapchat Memories by letting you upload your own exported Snapchat data (typically a ZIP file downloaded from Snapchat’s data export tools). The Service may extract, sort, and present photos/videos that are contained in the files you provide.

If Snapchat’s export does not include certain memories, the Service cannot “create” them. We can only process what is present.
