Snap Memories provides a platform that helps you recover and organize your Snapchat Memories by letting you upload
your own exported Snapchat data (typically a ZIP file downloaded from Snapchat’s data export tools).
The Service may extract, sort, and present photos/videos that are contained in the files you provide.

• You upload a ZIP file that you obtained from Snapchat’s export process.

Snap Memories does not ask for your Snapchat credentials and does not connect to Snapchat on your behalf.

5.3 Data retention & deletion

You may delete your data at any time using your dashboard. We may also automatically delete data after processing or after
a period of inactivity to reduce storage risk and improve privacy.

5.4 No ads, no tracking (service principle)

The Service is designed to prioritize privacy. We do not sell user data. We do not operate the Service to profile you for advertising.
If analytics are enabled, they are used only to improve reliability and security (for example: detecting errors and abuse).

7. No guarantee of recovery

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that all files can be recovered
or that recovered content will be complete, accurate, or error-free.

• Results depend on what exists inside the uploaded ZIP file.
• Some exports may be incomplete or formatted differently.
• Some media may be missing, corrupted, or unsupported.

Simple explanation

If Snapchat’s export does not include certain memories, the Service cannot “create” them. We can only process what is present.

8. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:
